What’s the most striking thing to me is that, as a high tech company, the founders seem to be tone deaf to the hacker culture of the engineers building their company for them. This sort of thing might seem small to them - don’t talk about x topic in y place - but to a lot of people that’s “how it starts.” So either the founders don’t understand their employees or they don’t care. And neither is a good look.
